- Indeedは世界中で最も利用されている求人サイト“indeed.com”の運営会社。リクルートホールディングスの傘下になり日本に拠点を設立して以来、事業拡大に伴い2度の移転を行い、このオフィスが最新かつ最大となる。このオフィスの大きな特徴として、従業員のほとんどがITエンジニアであるため、彼らの働き方に最適化されたデザインが適用されている。上下昇降可能な個人の大きなデスクスペース、最新のエルゴノミクスに基づいた、チェア、リフレッシュを促すプレイルームや食堂エリアなどITエンジニアリングの生産性を引き出すための仕組みが詰まっている。
Indeed operates the world's most popular job site, indeed.com. Since becoming a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings and establishing a base in Japan, the company has relocated twice due to business expansion, with this office being the latest and largest. A key feature of this office is its design, optimized for the working style of its predominantly IT engineer workforce. It includes large, height-adjustable desks, chairs based on the latest ergonomic principles, and areas like playrooms and cafeterias to help employees recharge, all aimed at boosting productivity in IT engineering.
